Karolina Jakubczak, Office Manager
Karolina Jakubczak is the Office Manager at PNBC. In addition to scheduling patients, maintaining communication with our clients, and keeping our office organized, Karolina serves a pivotal role as a patient care advocate to ensure that our patient’s health care needs are met. This includes seeking out community resources that would benefit our patients, and serving as a liaison to other agencies and providers to ensure continuity in multidisciplinary treatment.
Prior to working at PNBC, Karolina worked as an emergency room technician for over a decade. Her knowledge of medical conditions and working with various medical specialties allow her a deeper understanding of what our patients may experience in the treatment of their health conditions.
Karolina is fluent in Polish and Spanish. In addition to working as an ER tech in the past, she also served as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking patients.
