For me, therapy is a team effort; I provide my clients with the support they need to reach the goals they set. The process involves helping clients define their own needs and struggles, figure out how they wish to be supported, and identify the strengths they possess, as well as the skills they can develop, in order to reach their treatment goals. Whether you are struggling with everyday stressors or more, I may be able to provide you with the support that you are needing and seeking at this stage in your life.”
