PNBC has an opening for a clinical psychologist to primarily conduct individual therapy with adults, primarily within the Workers’ Compensation system. Conditions to be treated include depression, anxiety, chronic pain, somatoform disorders, PTSD or trauma-related conditions, and adjustment to medical conditions. The Psychologist may also perform psychodiagnostic evaluations, however, the position is primarily for rendering of therapy services. Additional opportunities for supervising interns or program development also available as are opportunities for additional training and consultation for medical-legal/forensic evaluations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to adult experiencing chronic pain, adjustment disorders, somatic symptom disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Supervise junior clinicians.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensed in CA.
- A background in health psychology.
