Pacific Neurobehavioral Clinic, PC (PNBC) is a private practice located in the vibrant and walkable Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Our close-knit team consists of neuropsychologists, health psychologists, a licensed professional counselor, neuropsychological testing technicians, and dedicated administrative staff members. We see a wide range of adult (18+) referrals, for conditions that include psychiatric (depression, anxiety, PTSD, somatic symptom disorders, adjustment related to complex medical conditions), and neurological (TBI, strokes, neurodegenerative conditions). Current Opening:

PNBC has an opening for a clinical psychologist to do psychological evaluations and therapy.

The types of evaluations include: ADHD assessments, pre-surgical psychological clearance for (SCS and bariatric), psychodiagnostic evaluations.

The psychologist would also carry a therapy caseload. Types of patients seen would include adult patients dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, somatoform disorders, PTSD or trauma-related conditions, or adjustment to medical conditions.

Opportunities for training and consultation for forensic evaluations available. Additional opportunities for supervising interns or program development also available.

  • Competitive, biweekly pay, based on hourly productivity for the prior pay period (no waiting for insurance to reimburse before you get paid). Pay range is $55-$90/hr, based on experience and areas of practice.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Licensed in CA.
  • Will consider unlicensed psychological associate (supervision would be provided by our team of psychologists).
