Pacific Neurobehavioral Clinic (PNBC) is a small, reputable, team-oriented group practice located in San Diego, CA. Our practice is ideal for clinicians who want to work in private practice and not worry about the administrative aspects such as billing or finding referrals. PNBC is built to allow the clinicians to focus on providing excellent patient care while ensuring stability in their pay. We are searching for clinicians of the highest caliber to join our team.
Our clinical team consists of neuropsychologists, psychologists, and master’s level clinicians. We specialize in working with adults with the following conditions: complex medical or neurologic conditions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, chronic pain, somatoform disorders.
We are currently seeking master’s level therapists (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to perform therapy with adults, primarily within the Workers’ Compensation system. Conditions include depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, somatoform disorders, chronic pain, and PTSD. This is a hybrid telehealth and in-office position. Licensed clinicians strongly preferred, but unlicensed clinicians will be considered if they are fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications:
- Licensed in CA
- Strong therapy skills
- Experience working with chronic pain patients (adults)
- Driven to learn and engage in personal growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Work in collaboration with psychologists overseeing treatment cases for Workers’ Compensation.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
PNBC would provide:
