Use of Technicians in CACPA and Division 8 have been working since 2018 to establish a law in CA describing the definition of Psychological Testing Technicians, as well as the requirements for employing them. Colin Sueyres, the CPA Director of Government Affairs, has been valiantly lobbying for this bill, has asked for input from psychologists in CA to address questions he may have to speak to during the next step when he speaks to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
