About Carmelia
Carmelia Nafe is a Psychological Assistant at Pacific Neurobehavioral Clinic, where she provides psychotherapy services to adults under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and is currently completing her doctoral training.
Carmelia has experience providing individual and group therapy in both community mental health and private practice settings. She uses evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support individuals experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, adjustment to life stressors, and emotional regulation challenges. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s goals and strengths.
She is fluent in Farsi and is committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care.
